Am I destined to go to community college?

I have a 2.8 GPA starting as a senior but I really want to go to a state university. I have nothing against CC's but I'm just wondering if that should just be my only option. I want to go to Florida schools such as UCF, USF, UWF, or my last option being FAU. I am taking 4 honors cles this year but I have never taken any prior to this year due to moving a lot and not really knowing how they worked. Please help me out in guiding me.
