I am very serious please?

i have notice that i have 3 or 4 white dotes around my private areas and exactly between my legs .. now they are increasing in numbers ,,, i dont feel them itchy and they are only around that areas ... i am male am 30 y o ... by the way i shave that hair can it be coz of shaving ? is it a symp. of any ual problem .. plz advice .. thnx in advance
