Is this man OK?

He is 56, has no car, juggles multiple undisclosed "second jobs" and talks about being a millionaire one day. Last night he called me around 2am saying he is attending to business. When I asked where he was calling me from he exploded saying its not my business to know where or what he is doing. He tells me if am to be his wife I'll have to stop working because the bible says "a woman is to be submissive to a man" and was not created to compete with man and that its a mans job to be the sole breadwinner.
