Should voters and media ask Prez candidates who "We" is?

Candidates often refer to "we" rather than "I" as they discuss their proposed plans & policies. GW Bush surrounded himself with unqualified and incompetent appointees then clung to them like super glue. Voters should be told specifically who each candidate will appoint to the Cabinet and other sensitive posts so they can more realistically judge whether each candidate is worth their support. Candidates who decline to answer can be judged accordingly.
