My hookah shisha does not taste good at all!?

Ok I've cleaned it. Ive tried using a new hose. Ive changed the water. I use golden coals. I have no idea why I can not taste the tobacco flavor at all. It is so weird. I have a fairly nice hookah. Its very tall. Tho the hoses are quite cheap but I did try a brand new one! Help!
