How much grain should I feed my pasture kept horse?

I would try it for a few weeks and see how he does. If he looses weight up the grain, if he gains it don't feed as much. It would prolly take at least 2 weeks to see a difference in him to know if you need to change the amount or not so don't get impatient about it.
