Doubt about educational loan for engineering course from 3rd year on in chennai?

am doind my engineering course presently 2nd year, 4th sem in a university in chennai. I need to take a educational loan for the third and fourth years of study. I happen to have two arrears, my doubt is if this would dampen my prospects of getting the loan. P.S. the loan amounts to under two lakhs.
