You have to be careful boosting your signal as you may have very unhappy neighbours when you cause so much interference with their routers that they get very poor response due to an omnidirectional high gain antenna. A very directional antenna pointing at the club house is what you are looking for. We had a client with a very large installation completely wiped out by a high gain antenna from the building next door. It was so high that it wiped out every channel not just the one that was being used by the neighbour.
