Isn't it time we demanded more transparency from Camelot regarding winners identity .?

the present system makes it simple to fiddle after all if they say one winner or ten who can question them? and in view of the Duck House scandal it proves even the highest offices have their Thieves and Cheats and these same people were the ones who insisted on this secrecy.Any one who does not want to be identified when they win a fortune out of Public money should not participate.
