Thesis on humanitarian (medical) intervention in the Democratic Republic of Congo?

I have been wracking my brain for days trying to develop a thesis statement on humanitarian / medical intervention in the DRC, and i can't develop a strong one for the life of me. My working thesis statement is due in cl tomorrow morning...any ideas?
