What treatments might exist to stop the intense pain in my 20 year old daughter's left hip (car accident)?

An orthopedist treating her gave her three steroid shots in her hip in a 5 week period, which greatly increased her pain, destroyed tissue leaving a large indentation in her hip. The pain never stops --- where do I go from here to find a cure?
