Which intro is better?History help?

The second introduction, It flows much better than the first and, perhaps take out the generality of "since the beginning of time" seeing as it suggest women have had that role since the rise of our species....maybe something along the lines of "Women have come a long way since the 1930s.They were once seen as infererior to men, with their rightful place being in the home" then go on to say "their roles were to cook clean...." then maybe change to "during this time, women wondered." Just a bit of help. You can chose to take some or none of my suggestions.it is your paper. but i would definitely go with the second intro for sure
