Question about black holes, white holes, and worm holes?

Is there any scientific evidence for worm holes or white holes? (Math equations don't count as evidence.) I read somewhere that black holes sort of evaporate over time. This implies that they never form wormholes like in science fiction and that there is no such thing as a white hole either, because if the black hole just evaporates, then it's also fiction that there are white holes where matter from a black hole spews out.
